IP Day In Chicago - 7 February 2007

The conference was co-chaired by Prof. Tim Holbrook, Chicago-Kent College of Law, and Paul Stephens, Marshall, Gerstein & Borun, working with Prof. Cynthia Ho, Loyola University School of Law.

The very well-attended program was hosted by Loyola University Law School. Morning speakers were Timothy Mallow, McAndrews, Held & Malloy, Ltd., and Jeffery A. Handelman, Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione.

A marvelous keynote was delivered by John M. Whealan, Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property Law and Solicitor of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
