37 CFR 7: THE NEW TRADEMARK REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE MADRID PROTOCOL

Electronic Application Forms:Scenario 1
  • Where the international application is based on a single U.S. application or registration, the electronic form will pre-populate the international application with the elements that must be certified by the Office.
  • Thus, the computer system can "certify" that the data in the international application conforms to the data in the basic application or registration at once and automatically.
