Changes to the International Registration – General Principle
  • The extension of protection to the United States is a part of the international registration; therefore changes must be recorded at the International Bureau
  • Section 10 of the Trademark Act and Part 3 of the Rules do not apply to assignments and restrictions of extensions of protection to the U.S.
